STEP 2 :

Free on-site inspection. We take your specific needs into consideration and won’t give you an estimate until we’ve seen the roof ourselves. We want to make sure you get what you pay for and only pay for what you need, so we physically inspect each roof before giving an estimate. And if it turns out your roof doesn’t need work right now? We won’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. We’ll let you know how much longer your roof can last without work and see you then.

STEP 3:

Written proposal and estimate. Feel in control of your roofing project with a clearly-stated, written proposal and estimate. Know exactly what work we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how much you’re paying for it.

STEP 4:

Discuss financing. Our founders have backgrounds in the finance and insurance industries, so we know how to help you navigate financing your new roof. If you’re filing an insurance claim, we’ll walk you through the process and work with you to pick the best value roof for your coverage. And if not, we’ll help you analyze your financing options and find what works for you.

STEP 5:

Plan a timeline. Any home repair can feel like a burden. We stick to our word. If circumstances outside our control happen – such as material shipping delays – we let you know immediately and provide an updated timeline.

STEP 6:

Communication. Have peace of mind when it comes to your roofing project thanks to our regular updates. Should any issues arise, we’ll photograph them, explain them, and clearly let you know what this means for your project budget.
